The staff and Board of Hy-Lake Christian Camp continues to evaluate security procedures in order to keep safety a priority at Hy-Lake. First and foremost, camp is covered in prayer as we ask our Father to extend his hand of protection over all campers and staff. Camp Hy-Lake was established in 1931 by Jonas S. Coverdale and in 1985, the camp was sold to Harpeth Hills Church of Christ. Since then, through generous individual contributions of time and treasure (including significant contributions from other congregations), Hy-Lake has become a part of introducing Jesus to and deepening the faith of scores of young people across multiple generations.
